20 Years. Thank You!

After 20 years of meaningful encounters, exciting challenges and shared growth, it's time for a change.

We would like to thank all the people and organisations who have placed their trust in us and with whom we've had the opportunity to collaborate, learn and grow.

Going forward, we will no longer be taking on new clients as a matter of course. Of course, we remain committed to our existing and former clients.

And because inspiring ideas, passionate people and meaningful projects still excite us, we're keeping the door open: If you have something special in mind and believe we could make a difference together, we'd love to hear from you.

We look forward to what remains. And we're curious about what comes next.

Knigge: More than just etiquette
“Rules are for the people, not the people for the rules.”

In our business etiquette seminar, you will learn that etiquette is not an end in itself, but should be considered in the context of values and attitudes.

We make a clear distinction between etiquette (knowledge/rules) and etiquette (values/attitude).

This distinction helps you to develop an authentic and appreciative attitude that corresponds to the enlightened idea of personal responsibility - a basic requirement for our democratic society.

Our focus

Develop self-competence: Learn how to promote positive social interactions through an appreciative inner attitude. This attitude enables you to react flexibly to situations and create a good atmosphere.
Politeness as an expression of respect: Etiquette should be an expression of an inner, respectful attitude rather than merely a set of rigid rules. When applied correctly, etiquette can help to answer the central question: “What can I do (or not do) to create a good atmosphere?”
Practical application: We help you to ask the right questions in order to act appropriately:

How is my counterpart behaving and how can I respond?
What should I know about cultural or regional particularities?
How can I develop a positive attitude towards my counterpart?
What can I do to make myself and my counterpart feel comfortable?

For whom is the seminar suitable?

This seminar is aimed at anyone who wants to go beyond the mere knowledge of rules.

It is ideal for companies, HR managers, trainees, managers and sales staff who are wondering when and how rules should be applied or deliberately not followed, and what the historical origins of today's etiquette rules are.

The seminar is a perfect fit for anyone who wants to think outside the box.
